Is this the pre- release or the actual released game with the latest patch?

Can any kind soul tell me that when I download this game what should I expect?
A bunch of data.bin , data 1.bin , data 2.bin  etc. and the setup.exe where I have to install the setup and then copy the crack folder in the installed folder
or
pre-installed game and I just have to copy the crack in that "pre-installed" folder?
Please tell
